CZM Commission
 

 

The Coastal Zone Management Commission consists of fifteen (15) members of the public who are appointed by the Governor, and the Commissioner and the Assistant Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources.  The  Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner serve as non-voting ex-officio members of the CZM Commission.


There are three (3) Coastal Zone Management Commission Committees, representing St. Croix, St. John and St. Thomas (includes Water Island).  Each committee has has a total of five (5) members who must reside in the locale of the committee.
