Dredging Requirements

Pursuant to Title 12 Chapter 21 §906(a)(8) and §907(b)(8) the following submittals are required for approval to undertake maintenance dredging.


  1. Existing CZM Permit Number

  1. Existing Army Corps Permit Number

  1. Joint Letter of Application

  1. Assessment of project to include:

     a.  Original depth (Benthic Survey map)

     b.  How much material will be dredged

     c.  Disposal site

     d.  As Built Survey


  1. Water Quality Certificate from the Division of Environmental Protection, Department of Planning and Natural .Resources
