CZM staff in light of the CZM program goals and policies, reviews an Operator’s Permit. Only when a completed application is submitted along with all other items requested by CZM is that application deemed complete. An inspector will then make a site visit to verify that the applicant is operating with Coastal Zone Management regulations, especially those regulations specific for shoreline areas. Within sixty (60) working days of the application being deemed complete the Commissioner will approve or deny the application based on the recommendation of the Director of Permits. |
